How to Request a Refund

Email structurebeautyy@gmail.com within 30 calendar days of your purchase date and include your order number. We will reply with return instructions.

We pay for return shipping. Once we receive your device, we will issue a full refund of the amount you paid for the order.

Review the contraindications and safety information on the product page before purchasing. Check your shipping address carefully, as it cannot be changed once an order is submitted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email structurebeautyy@gmail.com within 30 calendar days of your purchase date. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide return instructions and pay for return shipping.

Non-Delivery

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, contact your local carrier first. Then email structurebeautyy@gmail.com within 14 days of the marked delivery date so we can review the issue.

We do not replace or refund orders marked as delivered when the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, except where required by applicable law.
