Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

All products sold by Structure Beauty are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and we do not issue refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, dissatisfaction with results, or any other reason except as described below.

This policy applies to all orders, including discounted, promotional, and bundled items.

Because our LED face mask is a personal care device used in direct contact with the skin, we cannot accept the return of any unit once the sealed packaging has been opened. This is a hygiene and safety requirement and applies without exception.

Before placing your order, please review:

  • The contraindications and safety information listed on the product page
  • Your shipping address, which cannot be changed once an order is submitted

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit, is materially defective on arrival, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at structurebeautyy@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photographs of the item and its packaging
  3. A short description of the issue

We will review your claim and, where the claim is verified, provide a replacement unit at no cost to you. Replacement is our sole remedy under this section. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, normal wear, or use inconsistent with the product instructions.

Non-Delivery

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, contact your local carrier first, then contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date. We do not replace or refund orders marked as delivered where the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete.

Results Are Not Guaranteed

Individual results from LED light therapy vary. Statements about the product are not a guarantee of any particular outcome, and dissatisfaction with results is not grounds for a refund or return.

This product is a consumer cosmetic device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have a medical condition, are taking photosensitizing medication, or have concerns about light therapy.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or state, where those laws apply to your purchase and cannot lawfully be waived.

Customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union have a statutory right to cancel most distance purchases within 14 days of delivery. Note that under those laws, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons are exempt from this right once unsealed. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us prevents us from resolving the issue directly and may delay any remedy you are entitled to.
