Charge it and go
Seven modes. Here is what each one is for.
One button cycles all seven. Where the manufacturer states a wavelength we have printed it; where it does not, we have left it blank rather than fill it in.
Every mode on the device
Red
630nm
Reaches the fibroblasts in the dermis, where collagen is made. The wavelength most of the research on firmness and fine lines is built on.
Blue
470nm
Absorbed by the bacteria involved in breakouts. Stays shallow by design and does its work at the pore.
Green
520nm
Works at the surface, on tone. Aimed at the look of redness and uneven pigment rather than anything structural underneath.
Yellow
590nm
The brightening pass. Aimed at pigment, dullness and rough texture rather than lines.
Purple
Red and blue together
The manufacturer describes this one as red and blue combined, so that is how we describe it. Breakouts and firmness in a single pass.
Cyan
No stated wavelength
The calmest setting on the device. Worth starting here if your skin reacts easily to anything new.
White
No stated wavelength
Everything at once. The setting to use when you do not want to think about which one you need today.
Three of the seven have no wavelength printed above. That is not an oversight on our part. The manufacturer publishes a figure for four modes and not for the other three, and we would rather show you the gap than quietly fill it with a number we cannot stand behind. Every mask in this price range lists seven wavelengths. Ours lists four, because that is how many we were given.
What eight weeks actually looks like
Not a promise. This is the schedule the device is built around, including the part where nothing happens.
Weeks 1–2
Nothing yet
You will not see a change, because there is not one to see. This is the stretch where a mask ends up in a drawer.
Weeks 3–4
Texture first
Skin starts feeling smoother before it looks different. Makeup sits better. Usually the first sign anything is working.
Weeks 6–8
Tone evens out
Redness settles, pigment looks more uniform, fine lines soften. The first change someone else might notice.
Weeks 8–12
Firmness
The slowest change, and the one that shows up in photographs. Jaw and under the chin come last, because that skin is thinnest.
These are usage guidelines, not clinical outcomes. We have not run a trial on this device, and we are not going to cite somebody else's.

How to use it
Cleanse your face
Remove all makeup, SPF and skincare products. LED light therapy is most effective on clean, bare skin with nothing blocking the wavelengths.
Put it on and leave it
Hold the button for three seconds to switch it on, then press to choose a mode. It shuts off by itself after 20 minutes, so there is no timer to set. Three to five times a week.
Apply your serum
LED light temporarily increases skin permeability. Apply your serum or moisturiser immediately after to maximise absorption.
Before every session
- Keep your eyes closed. Do not look into the light or stare at it. If it still feels too bright through closed lids, a cotton pad over each eye is enough — nothing else is needed.
- Never use it while it is charging. The manufacturer is explicit about this one: it will short the device.
- Clean, bare skin. No makeup, no SPF, nothing between the light and your face.
- Fifteen to thirty minutes is the manufacturer's recommended session length. Lie down somewhere comfortable and keep your eyes shut for it — this is not a read-a-book device.
Who should not use this
- If you are pregnant
- Children, at any age
- Anyone with epilepsy — the modes cycle and flash
- Anyone with a thyroid condition, or taking thyroid medication
- Anyone with photosensitivity, or taking medication that causes it — this includes several common antibiotics and retinoids
- Anyone with open wounds or broken skin in the area being treated

Everyone's skin responds differently. Published LED studies typically run 8 to 12 weeks of consistent use, so give it time.
No UV and no heat. LED light therapy is widely considered low risk across all skin tones. If you have a photosensitivity condition or take photosensitizing medication, check with your doctor first.
Absolutely. Use the mask on clean skin, then apply your serums and moisturiser immediately after. LED light temporarily increases absorption. Avoid using the mask directly over active retinol or AHA/BHA treatments in the same session; wait until the following morning instead.
Three to five sessions a week for the first 8 to 12 weeks, then once or twice a week to maintain it. Each session runs 20 minutes and the device shuts off on its own at the end, so you do not need to time it.
Yes. Because the Glow Mask delivers all seven light modes simultaneously, a single session addresses multiple concerns at once: blue light targets acne-causing bacteria, green light calms redness, and red light at 630nm has been studied for its role in supporting the skin's natural collagen production. The ABS facepiece is splash-resistant and easy to wipe clean. The electronic components are not designed for full submersion. Do not submerge the mask in water or use it in the shower. Clean gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth after each use.

So far so good
Everything works, colors switch easily, sometimes even too easily. It happens that the next light turns on by accidental touch, but with experience you can use it properly. I would like to see some kind of charge indicator. Used it twice. I read that visible results are expected in 4-8 weeks, so i continue using it and enjoying my skin.)

Good but defect
It's nice and working however the charging donot last more than 8 minutes for the face mask which is annoying, seems like a manufacturer defect however the neck mask lasts for 20 minutes. So i think i have got a defective face mask. Would ask the supplier if i could exchange face mask for a better quality one that would last for atleast 20 minutes.
